[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works very well. The only problem seems to be the latch for the door. You have to shut it pretty hard for it to latch.
Have not had it very long, but it seems to work. Have to use the time cook for most of the cooking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Except for the strange odor that took too long to disappear, this microwave has every feature I ever could want. My only other concern is that the timer is not loud enough when signaling the end of the cooking time. I contacted GE ad--to my surprise--they are sending a serviceman to see if the "bell" can be made to ring louder. Just what I would expect from a GE appliance. I'm very satisfied.

WOW! What a Microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has all the bells and whistles that we need and more! It has a large interior (which we wanted) and therefore it has a large exterior footprint (so make sure to measure your space before you purchase) on the countertop. We had our last microwave for 25 years and it still worked when we installed this new one. Hope to have this new GE at least half that time. The sensor feature is great - which is a new thing for us. Although in the store we could not seem to leave any fingerprints on the door - once home and actually using it... it does fingerprint a bit, easy to clean off right away, but I imagine in a few weeks, *I will get complacent* and the fingerprints will start collecting on the microwave door.

Excellent quality for price

It is also easy for my husband and guests to use.. It compares favorably with my Sharp micro/convection oven. The large size is fantastic!.

Disappointed in GE Product

Owned for three months. Steam leaks behind glass in door which cannot be wiped down so leaves water circles on inside of glass when water dries. Looks terrible, especially when you bought chrome microwave for its looks

better than my last microwave

My last microwave developed hot spots that caused the food to explode. This GE microwave does not have that problem, heats and cooks more consistently. What more can I say. It performs all cooking and food heating that I need. However, I would have preferred the power cord mounted on the bottom and not the top.

EASY TO USE WITHOUT EVEN OPENING THE USERS MANUAL. INSIDE IS EASIER TO CLEAN BECAUSE OF THE CURVED BACK WALL. WE'VE HAD IT ONLY A WEEK AND SO FAR THERE AREN'T ANY DOWNSIDES.
