Great Features

I have had many GE appliances over the years and still trust the brand. The only thing that bothers me a little is that it is quite loud. I think if it were built-in with a trim kit it probably would not be a problem.

Look great is the right size. Only complaint is it a lot louder than my older unit that died

First unit died in 6 weeks.

First one we bought died 6 weeks after purchase. The unit wouldn't heat anything, but everything else worked fine. Warranty experience funded a new unit (though we are waiting for 6-8 weeks to receive the reimbursement check). Here's hoping the replacement unit doesn't die either. The quality control of the Magnetron Tube seems suspect if it dies so quickly. I've never had an issue with any microwave I've owned previously.

Great replacement for GE JEB1860SM1SS

The GE JES2051SNSS microwave is a direct replacement for my old JEB1860SM1SS. Even the old trim kit that I had on my old microwave fits perfectly with this model so I didn't need to replace with a new trim kit. It took about an hour working with my wife to put the old trim kit on but the end result looks great!

We had a 5 year old model that just stopped working. Not sure why, but this model has been a workhorse and we wanted another one just like the one that stopped working.

Just like my old one

I had an older GE Microwave and got rid of it to get a smaller one. BIG MISTAKE! My old GE was still working but it was a little noisy and took up more space. The smaller microwave (different brand) went belly up and was horrible at popcorn. We got this new one and it is much quieter, more features than the old GE and nice to have many of the features back.
I would recommend this to a friend!
