This oven is the direct replacement for a built in older model with a door switch malfunction that turned the oven on when the door was opened.

Noisy, have to shut door forcefully

I like the curved back which allows large casserole dishes to be used. I do not like the very noisy operation, and the fact that it won't work unless you close the door forcefully. It looks great - and works great - the price is good, just need a few technical things worked on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
