I bought the same model back in2014 and it's been great until now. Can't complain very nice unit I enjoy to cook with it. So I bought another one just like it.

Great features great product

We had a GE microwave for 17 years which we loved the features it had. Unfortunately this microwave started not working. We wanted the same brand. We chose this microwave for the same features which is similar of our old one. This new microwave works better then the old one that we replaced.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great microwave

Great size and power, good selection of choices on the keypad, and very easy to clean. The only negative comment I have is that after having the microwave for less than 2 weeks, the keypad had already started to wear through. We did not have that problem with the keypad on our previous GE microwave which we had for over 10 years.

Loud!!

So far, it’s quite loud! Like a Mack truck when it’s running! But, on the plus side, it was affordable, and fits nicely in the same spot to replace the 15yr old one that died, perhaps as a result of recent power outages (off and on) from Texas’ winter storm Feb ‘21.

Has What We Need

We are replacing a GE microwave that is 12 years old. We shopped around and found others that were rated higher, but they didn't have the features this one has. The Panasonic timer only beeps three times when it's done, then shuts off. Why would you have a timer that shuts itself off? I don't understand the logic of this function. And it didn't have presets, like in hitting the 1 for one minute, 2 for two minutes, etc. Also, the light inside the Panasonic only lit up 2/3 of the microwave, and the door was so dark, you couldn't see inside when it was cooking. So we went back to GE and have been pleased so far.
