We had a new microwave from the competition but it couldn’t hold up 6 months. Went and got another trusty GE product and couldn’t be happier. This thing works way better and does more and even for less money. Just goes to show more expensive doesn’t always mean better

First one lasted over 10 years

I just replaced a JES2051SN1SS microwave that had a manufactured date of 2010. If the original lasted over 10 years, I'm happy to try a second in its place. We loved the size and depth of the oven, as well as the cooking controls and appearance of the original oven. We hated to lose it to an undiagnosed failure, but we depend on the oven so much replacement was quicker.

Great microwave!

We have had an older, over-the-range model of this same microwave for 7 years. We remodeled our kitchen and put in a microwave cabinet and the microwave was too big. I was so disappointed. I went looking for the same microwave in a countertop model because I have been so happy it. It functions well and is easy to use. It is the only one of our appliances with which we have had no issues. It is a large capacity, buttons are easy to find and use, and just works well overall. I was so glad to find this one!
