Unnecessarily complicated

The one touch reheat buttons seem redundant and unnecessarily complicated. Frequently get ERR (error) message when using. Sometimes way overheats items (especially beverages) Seems like a solution without a problem. Touch screen sensitivity varies ... i.e. sometimes a light touch is sufficient; sometimes several touches needed, sometimes a heavy push required. I mean it works okay but not impressively..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the Sensor Features!

I've had the same microwave since 2006. It was still working fine, but my daughter convinced me to get a new one as mine had developed rust inside. This new one is identical. I will continue to use and enjoy it everyday!
