I liked the features of my GE microwave, so was very upset when it died. I hate having to learn how to use new "machinery". Imagine my surprise when we found the same product available! The old one had lasted 7 reliable years with alot of use, so it just made sense to get another.

Loud!

The microwave works as it should, no issues. However, this thing is loud. It vibrates excessively, if you lift one corner the vibration slows way down. I'm definitely not happy with this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My wife and I purchased this microwave to replace our old one we had only 2 years. After doing some research this was the product we chose from a brand name we trust. Heats food thoroughly and quickly. It has features such as defrost and sensor cooking. We are really happy with this purchase.

I have been used the previous this model since 2007. That was wonderful also. this model is little bit bigger than that model and excellent power. Especially, work for frozen foods.
