I love the size of the microwave and it works great. The only downfall is the button to pop the door open sometimes sticks

Product works great, heating is fast and uniform. However, pushing the buttons is so hard that it leaves marks on my fingers. Use a pointer or a pencil eraser.

We have been using this appliance for over a month now. It is easy to operate and with the bigger capacity, we can heat up twice as much at one time. Good time saver and easy to clean.

This is one of the largest countertops microwaves. This replaces the same model that started having problems after 6 years
