Handsome & easy to use

We believed that all microwaves were about the same. We purchased another brand which turned out to be inconsistent and it literally died after 8 months. This GE is Awesome! It is everything we hoped we were getting when we purchased our previous POC Panasonic.
I would recommend this to a friend!

There are a lot of great features and the buttons are very easy to use. Works great. Love the size of it so that sauce pans and things with handles fit and are able to rotate around. Highly recommend it.

clock stopped working. you can set it but it will not stay lite. also to noisy when you shut the door,

Hi,
We're awfully sorry to hear that the clock is not working on your microwave. We understand how much of an inconvenience that is. The clock display may be set off. Press the "0" button for about 3 seconds to turn the display on.
If you find that your microwave door closes loudly or is harder to close than your previous model, the difference in the door noise is due to a firmer spring in the door latch; this is a normal condition for the microwave. You can lift up on the latch to feel the tension.
