I have no complaints at all. It’s kind of funny because I bought it to replace an 11 year old Kenmore Elite that no longer had repair parts available. This GE must be very similar - the inside glass turntable is identical, the plastic “flux capacitor” that sits under the glass turntable is identical, the bolt pattern on the outside for the Kenmore trim kit - all identical. We didn’t need to get a new trim kit, which was great!
Using the GE is easy as you’d expect. Aside from the basic timer settings, I’ve used their recommendations for softening butter, reheating chicken, and more - everything works well.
I am really pleased, especially given that I could re-use my trim kit.
Hopefully this unit will last as long as our Kenmore.

Attractive and large (capacity)

Just installed this microwave oven myself. I can't say much about performance, because we have not used it yet. The microwave oven is simple, large (capacity) and attractive. I'm looking forward to years of performance, the name "GE" is a great start.

LOVE THE SIZE AND EASY OPERATION .SO SIMPLE MY 5 YEAR OLD GRAND SON CAN MAKE HIS OWN POPCORN AND HE FEELS SO INDEPENDENT AND PROUD

I love the clean look of the oven and the rounded corners inside for easy cleaning. I'm working on the sensor cooking and still waiting for GE to e-mail my manual.

Good basic microwave

We had to replace another quickly. Did not go for five stars because it does not have inverter defrost and the default is for the number pad to be used for whole minute cooking.
