This is the second unit we bought. always gave us great service . when it stopped working after 10 years we bought the same unit again. hoping for 10 more years.

Fair product. Third one we have owned. They break down too often: door switches failed in 2020, magnetron went out on 3/23/22.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
