Worked great, until it didn't

I loved this microwave until it stopped working after 4 years. Lights, fan, and turntable run great, just no heat. No more GE appliances for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With that being said, we are truly sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issues with your microwave. We understand the inconvenience it causes to your household flow and operation when you do not have a functioning microwave.
If you haven’t already, we would recommend that you attempt to reset the appliance by either unplugging it for 2-3 minutes, or by resetting the circuit breaker. If this does not correct the issue- service will be needed, or the microwave will need to be replaced. We truly apologize.

Had a similar size microwave that after many years quit. Looked all over for one like it in style and size. After looking quite some time found this one. This one is large enough for casserole dishes to fit inside without difficulty. Does take up quite a bit of counter space, so probably not great for really small kitchens. Powerful oven and warms items quickly. Has all the shortcut keys that make it easy to cook potatoes and make popcorn, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great functionality and interior space in comparison to our old unit it replaced; only took up a couple more inches and gave us an additional .8 cu ft of interior cooking space.
