Good- reheat control over cooks

It seems easy enough to use. The reheat seems to be a little to hot and I hit the reheat and #1 but it still over cooks it. Can't tell it the #1 is registering because nothing happen to show me -10%. Everything else works fine for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great Microwave. Just do not run it thinking it is a timer by pushing the cook time button.

Picked the same model to replace 6 years later

We actually purchased this same model over six years ago but it quit working. When I researched new options, I was surprised to see this exact model still available. One of the main users for this will be a 90 year old person, so I needed it to be user-friendly. One nice feature that sold me was the numeric keypad which seems to be missing on a lot of models. I considered a competitor's model with similar features; however, I noticed a trend they had where consumers reported quality issues on the door latch after a year. Since we just six years out of this model, I decided we knew what we would be getting on this one.
