We needed a replacement for our original GE Built-in Microwave and this was a perfect fit. 15 years of reliable service to our family and we are looking forward to 15 more years.

This is the second time buying this similar model. It gets used daily. The last one lasted for about 10 years. Our teenage son loves the reheat button. Uses it for everything from cooking frozen pizza to actually reheating food (he likes to keep things simple with the push of one button).

I give it a 4 bc it shows no minutes when you hit Popcorn, Beverage, etc. I take it out before it beeps
