the dvd player don't have a light to show when its on or off
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, no on off light

I like the curved shape of the front panel, looks nice with my A/V setup, so far I've tried some regular and bluray DVD and I find the player to be very responsive. I do feel that the smart menu gets a little bit in the way if all you want to do is watch DVDS, but overall I like it.
Pros: Realistic color
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overal this is a great blueray player for the price with great video quality with a very nice sleek design...

GREAT PRODUCT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO WANTS ACCESS TO INTERNET SITES LIKE NETFLEX, ETC. SO GO AHEAD AND PURCHASE ONE.

Decent bang for your buck

This was actually my very first blu-ray player and for the price, I'm very impressed with it. My last DVD player cost me over TWICE what this unit cost and this little unit is quicker to read discs and begin playing. I use a lot of burned discs and with that old DVD player it was always a hit and miss situation where most of the time it couldn't(or wouldn't) read the inserted disc but I haven't had any problems with this Samsung unit. If I had a complaint it would be that there isn't a time display on the unit.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: no time display
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needed a Blu-Ray/DVD player really quick to replace my old one, but I needed one that was compatible with my new 4K Ultra TV. So I just bought something relatively inexpensive on impulse while I was at the mall and I was shocked when I got home! I thought this Blu-Ray/DVD player would produce just a so-so picture, considering the low price, but it was the exact opposite! Very easy to hook up, set up, and use. This player made a VERY famous movie (that was not an actual Blu-Ray, it was just a basic DVD-format) from 1977 look out of this world...if you know what I mean.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, easy set-up, great price, user-friendly, lots of extras
