Cheaply made!

I am disappointed with how the buttons already show damage from my fingernails touching them! Also, I don't like that it doesn't always show the length of time an item is heating for, such as on" Reheat". I have no point of reference for how long I should expect the item to be in the microwave or for the next time I cook a similar item.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Happy to receive this because I was about to contact you!!! I've only had this microwave a month, just received the first bill. I’m not happy right now. It’s making a super loud humming type noises. If you can please contact me about how do I get serviced or exchanged. I have submitted the warranty paperwork.

What I expect with a flaw or two

The microwave works well, but there is some air bubbles on the keypad area on the right side. Yes it's cosmetic, but I have a similar model that is 12 years old and does not have that problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!
