I bought this produce a few months ago for our office. There are approximately 10 of us that use it on a daily basis and we couldn't happier with its performance; we can finally make microwave dinners that don't taste like rubber.

Replaced an old, burned out microwave with this one from GE. This one much more user-friendly ... with intuitive controls. Works perfectly ...

We have had this microwave for about six months. It heats well and defrosts well. The only thing I recently noticed is the "potato" button sets the time for far too long. Fortunately, I tested them early before they turned to mush.
I would recommend this to a friend!
