Easy set-up and great sound

Paired this up with my new Samsung 65" SUHD TV. Easy set-up between the bar and the TV using the supplied audio optical cable. The Blu-Tooth connected base speaker mated automatically to the sound bar once the speaker was energized. The additional satellite speakers (2 in this kit) connect to a separate Blu-Tooth receiver and can be placed anywhere you wish as long as you can get AC to the remote Blu-Tooth receiver.
Overall design is sleek and blends in well with my TV stand. Lots of options on adjusting the various audio frequency bands to your liking. Remote is intuitive and functional. The remote runs on a 2032 common battery (supplied).
Overall, very pleased and satisfied with the sound and clarity. The additional Blu-Tooth feathers of the sound bar, such as connecting with your smart phone or other Blu-Tooth device, is cool. There are also analog and USB connectors on the back of the sound bar. Firmware updates for the sound bar can be downloaded from the Samsung site to a USB thumb drive, then transferred to the bar via the rear USB connections.
Glad I went with Samsung for all of my components: TV, Blu-Ray player, and SoundBar. When connected together, they handshake very well and provide a seamless installation experience.

Hooked up easily, had great sound but after ten days the subwoofer and surround started popping and cracking. Returned to store. Will try another at a later date.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My first Samsung purchase was a 50" television a few years ago. Last year a galaxy s5. My experience with both of these wonderful products has been excellent. I purchased a HWJ470 surround sound system a few months ago, and true to the brand name it has surpassed my expectations. The sound is excellent at all volume settings, the mark of quality. The rear of the sound bar offers multiple plug ins but what I use the most is the blue tooth to play music from my Galaxy and laptop. I not only have a wonderful surround sound for movie night, but now I have a rocking stereo without all of that bulky equiptment. Keep up the good work Samsung, you have won me over with your great products.

Just purchased this unit. I'm comfortable with the money spent. If you want a jam in your living room ... Watch a movie with nice cinematic sound ... You'll be happy with purchase.
