What's great about it: Amazing sound quality
What's not so great: Very painful in your ear
Let me start by saying it's the most amazing sound quality I've ever heard from any headphones. Also once they are in, they block out completely all ambient noise. With that being said it's also the worst design I have ever purchased. They hurt your ear very much. I have tried every combination of ear tips that they provided, and still it is very uncomfortable. I use them daily at the gym and other activities and they don't stay in your ear very well. I am constantly adjusting them to stay in my ear. I should've returned him right after I bought them but I figured my ear needed to be broken in. If you have any questions please comment on my review and I will email you back.

What's great about it: Sound, Style, Comfort, Design, They just sound and look like they should cost more.
What's not so great: The Included tips are Just ok during workouts.... Had to Add Comply Foam tips
So I used to use $10 sony's, then upgraded to $20, then jumped to the Ironman yurbuds for $50 and was just so disgusted by the quality that I was going to by the Bose Ie2i for $130 but went ahead and took the plunge for the B&W C5's. At first with the tips that come pre installed I was kinda bummed that they sounded just ok. I then switched to to the Large included tips and WOW the sound and Bass really HIT!!!! I took them on a 4 mile jog and they didn't fall out once However they did seem to slide out of position a bit... I was on the Fence about returning them being that the Primary use is for GYM and Jogs but I really liked the sound so I did some more reading online and found The COMPLY FOAM TIPS (T-400) medium and this solved all my issues. They stay in never shift and the sound is even more Amplified along with stronger cleaner bass (not like those loser beats type bass but more like a $5000 surround sound system bass. I also purchased the 4 year warranty so I don't feel bad if these bad boys stop working for whatever reason Ill just get them replaced for FREE ;-)
This product has... Perfect fit, Stylish, Powerful bass, comply foam tips make these even better

I tried many of headphones before settling on these... If you're looking for a great in ear, then this is the way to go.... Well balanced, nice all the way through from the highs to down to the bass way better than the pricey turbine pearls, plus it fits in the ear better.

What's great about it: Better than most in same p rice range
What's not so great: Not as good as some other in same price range.
Sound is better than most ear buds, but thin in the mid range compared with several other high end ear phones. I do like them, but can't fully recommend them. Biggest complaint, is they continue to fall out of mt ears.
Other brands that come up and over behind you ears remove most of the gravity tug.
Summary. Much better than say Apple's ear buds and most other in expensive ear phones, but not as good as other ear phones in same price range

What's great about it: sound, design, controls
My main reason for buying these headphones was to replace my Beats solos. it was my third pair of them and they breaking. I primarily used them to work out with but I got sick of the hassle and talked to someone in magnolia about high quality in ear headphones that would be good to workout with. I was recommended these. They are absolutely amazing, they have a good amount of base, clear and good sound quality. they also will not fall out of year no matter what they are phenomenal for running and seem to be made well. the difference between DR. Dre headphones and those as well has other high end brands such as this is the quality. when you buy dres you are more or less just purchasing them to be cool like everyone else because there undependable. sure the sound quality is good and there is a lot of base but they feel cheap and plasticky and become defective. i would highly recommend this to anyone who lives and active lifestyle!!

What's great about it: Amazing depth in the sound, and you can clearly hear every single instrument being played in the song.
I recently bought these earbuds, and so far, I am in love with them. I was also looking at the Bose IE2, iBeats, and all of the other Beats including the Studio, and Solo. These earbuds outdo all of them. They are all great and sound amazing but when you compare them to the overall performance of these, you are shocked at their performance. It is literally like having a home theatre's sound plugged right in your ear with comfort (unlike the Beats). Something that clearly stands out about these headphones is that they sound like what 400$ headphones, but have a transportability, and durability like any over-ear headphone.

These are the best in-ear 'phones I have used. When I first put them in music sounded a little "tinny" - there wasn't much bass. But once I got them fitted correctly the bass kicked in. The sound is so clear. They're not cheap, but they are worth the money. I haven't used them on a plane yet, and I can't wait to do so.

I've purchased many earbuds/headphones in my day as I listen to music for close to 8 hours a day. Never have I ever purchased a set that have really, and I mean really impressed me. I was hesitant to spend so much money on a set of earbuds but I'm very glad I did. I've had the Bose in ears for quite awhile and they've done a fantastic job, probably the best earbuds I've ever owned up to this point. To put it bluntly, the Bose IE's are a fantastic pair of earbuds with amazing sound. These Bowers & WIlkins C5's make my $100 Bose sound like $10 JVC gummies. The styling is beautiful, the fit is perfect, the loop system is genius, and the sound is completely breathtaking. I really have nothing negative to say about these. 10 out of 10 for me.

What's great about it: Incredibly sound and great fit. Price is right.
What's not so great: The pouch is fairly terrible, but I didn't buy them for the pouch.
When I decided that I need some new in ear monitors I tried to save a little cash by purchasing the Bose IE2 earphones. The Bose don't sound horrible, but I kept thinking they were lacking in depth and low end as well as volume. I swapped them out for the B&W C5 set and they are worth the extra cash.
I find them comfortable to wear after properly fitting them. With the medium fittings that are pre-installed I enjoyed them but they still fell a little flat to me. I decided to install the wider set and BOOM my rating shot through the roof. These iem's are so clean and full if you close your eyes with GREAT SOURCE music it's like the artist is in the room with you performing. If you're streaming from Pandora radio it sounds good, but not amazing because it's not a high quality source. For streaming try MOG mobile as they have a HQ option with 320kbps streaming. These really start to shine with lossless music playback . B&W gives a membership to their Society of Sound with some free lossless albums for download. iPhone playback of Apple lossless files are just immersive with full mud free bass, dead perfect mids and soaring highs. Vocals and acoustic music are what these babies were made for, although some RUN DMC also sounded great too;) Adele, Jack Johnson, Peter Gabriel and the like are about as good as in ear monitors get especially for under $200.
The included case looks cool, but isn't very functional. I will likely remove the plastic middle section that is supposed to hold the earphones when traveling as it's difficult to use and the case is too small so I'm afraid I'll destroy the cable with the zipper after much use.
Bottom line: If you're considering these little cans just buy them. Give them some burn in time 10-30 hrs and enjoy them like crazy.

I bought these earphones yesterday, and boy they sound fantastic. Lows, mids, highs are all well balanced. These earphones sound good with any music hip hop to rock, every detail of every instrument can be heard. And when it comes to movies its like if you brought your 5,000 dollar home theater system with you on the road. I've played iron man 2 on high def on my iPhone and they sound terrific all the background effects are crisp and clear, might even noises you've never even heard. I recommend these earphones to anybody who has $180 dollars laying around waiting to be spent on a good investment.

What's great about it: Gorgeous sound, seem durable, don't fall out
I've never been happy with a pair of earbuds, until I bought the Bowers & Wilkins C5 earbuds. The clear, deep sound took me by surprise. I hear detail in my music that I've missed through other earbuds (Bose, Monster, Shure, and Sony). I could gush on and on about the sound. Suffice it to say, I didn't think I would ever find a pair of earbuds with this high sound quality.
The fit takes a little getting used to. I have small ears and wear glasses. I pulled the loops to their smallest diameter, and they still feel a little more snug than I would like. This fit does keep them securely in place, though. I was so tired of other earbuds falling out or moving to a poor position in my ears.
The wires feel sturdy, and I don't see any obvious weak spots. It will take some time to truly test the durability, though.

What's great about it: Bass, low register extension
What's not so great: Comfort with the stock tips
I purchased a pair of C5 after lots of research and from my ownership of a Zeppelin and its amazing sound. Unfortunately, I don't find them as comfortable as I had expected. After trying all of the tips and various adjustments of the memory wire, I finally switched the tips out for a pair of comply tips (500s, I think) and bam!, what a difference. I finally settled on bringing the loop to its smallest size so that it isn't actually attached to my ear and the comply tips hold the earbuds in perfectly. If I use them during a lot of movement, I can always extend the loops back out for support.
Also, before the comply tips, I had trouble with the sound changing when I would turn my head. If the earphones we not pointed perfectly into my ear canal, I could hear attenuation (maybe because they don't go in as far as others I'm used to?). Again, the comply tips solved that issue, too.
Previously, I had a pair of Ultimate Ears super.fi 5 and triple.fi 10. These B&W definitely have a lot more punch and bass extension than either. Overall, I think the UE have a little more high end and treble emphasis, but these C5s are no slouch, either. For the price and sound quality, they are spectacular and hold up against the UEs well. I would still prefer my triple.fi 10 in very noisy environments (like mowing the lawn), but the C5 are great for everyday use. Besides, the addition of the remote and mic are very convenient (without spending the extra $$$ in the triple.fi 10vi).
For comparison sake, they have a lot more depth and midrange than my Bose QC15 (but not nearly as much noise reduction) and have a good soundstage (probably better than the UE TF10) but aren't as open as my Grado SR125i (but I would never expect them to be). I have a total of about 15 hours on them, so we'll see what happens as they burn in more.
A great pair of headphones and a great price. I'm very happy with them! If you do purchase them, or any other B&W products, make sure to register them and get your 3 month membership to the Society of Sound. There are some very good downloads there ands most of them are available in 16 bit Apple Lossless and 24 bit flac.

Great IEM. The unique design lets a little air in, however produces a soundstage so airy and spacey. Very nice and clear sound. Pounding bass - this is a great everyday IEM for when you sometimes need to hear train announcements and people calling for you.

What's great about it: Sound quality, build quality, fit and stability.
Recently purchased these to replace a pair of Monster Jamz that the cord had failed on. I was a bit skeptical at spending even more money on in-ear headphones, but I couldn't be happier.
These are leaps and bounds better than the Jamz, and the Klipsch S4i's that I had before the Jamz.
One big plus is a very unique system for holding the buds in place, that actually works. Nothing worse than continually having to push earbuds back into place.
I highly recommend!
