Purchased a few years back- just leaving review... Love the portability & sound quality of this unit... great Bose clarity - could use just a pinch more bass (I have a soundlink mini which isn't quite as clear - but hass more bass).

I waffled about paying up to purchase this speaker. I had bought 2 other decent speakers before finally taking the plunge to purchase the Bose Soundlink lll. There was no need to have misgivings as I absolutely feel this speaker is worth the money. I hear instruments/sound coming from this speaker that are not audible in those other speakers. If you are looking for a bluetooth speaker that works great in a small office as well as larger rooms in your home, this speaker will not disappoint.

I bought this after trying the new B&O A1 and A2 both of which didn't come close considering their status and higher prices. Tried the new KEF muo which gave very good high pitch quality but struggled to fill a 3x3metre room also had no bass at all.
The bose will easily fill a 6x3m room with clarity and a decent kick of bass at a loud enough volume to enjoy.

Bluetooth range on my samung s5 has covered up to 25m with a workshop in the way.

I just received it today. All it took was to get it out of the box, plug into the outlet, and pair with my phone. Within less than 30 seconds, I was able to start enjoying my music full blast. The sound quality is crisp yet very substantial. Wish I didn't wait that long!
