This product is hard to connect to the internet

I enjoy other Samsung products. The unit is a good value as a dvr and wireless feature. But...connecting the wireless feature to the internet was challenging . I had to call support. Besure to check for the latest firmware.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: hard to connect to internet

Much quicker load & play than any of my other Blu-ray's...all 'fancier' models;
but the lack of an "on" light is aggravating, and while this is the newest player
I own; without the capability to "Open/Close/Eject" on the remote is surprising.

This is my very first Blu-Ray player. I like the overall quality and the added feature of streaming media. The size is really compact and streamlined and will fit anywhere. Samsung came out with a winner in this product and the other Samsung products I own!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Inexpensive, Lightweight, streaming media included

Blu Ray Died after 5 minutes of playing

I had to return the BluRay Player as it died after 5 minutes of playing. I was setting up the Netflix account and then poof, froze up and stopped working. I was so excited about the features but disappointed when I couldn't get it to work. I had to return it. Still waiting on my refund..... Been a few weeks. I returned the item immediately.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great starter set top box. Install and setup were fast and easy. Connected to Wi-Fi and had Beethoveen playing on a concert app quickly. Happy with this gift from the wife.
