Great Picture Quality

I have purchased a new DVD in several years and this has been a new experience. I love it the ease of using it is great. The only thing I would like to see is a light at the on/off button to tell me it is off. Your customer service was a great help in setting it up.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight, user friendly

Very nice Blu-Ray player needing a couple of features

The main thing I dislike about this player is that there is NO power light or display on it. You can't tell when it's on or off.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: no powerlight or display

Overall a good product

I like this product. My only negative is that you can not program your tv function unless you also have a Samsung television. I wish it were available for other tv manufacturers.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Durable, Lightweight

The great feature about this product is that it can make your old TV smart

Great simple product to make your old TV smart. However found several issues with the the compatible features of the product such as :
1. No light indicator on the unit to tell you weather the unit is On or OFF. This very essential to know at a glance the status of the unit when switching from TV to Blue Ray.
2. When pressing the home button or switching to the unit is a slow response to see the picture on screen
3. There are basic apps in the unit but you are out of luck if you need to select any app which is not included with the unit. I can use very few apps.
4. Selecting and storing the available apps from system is a chore.

smart blu-ray with wireless connect

This product was purchased for my grandson who love netflex. I purchased it based on Samsung brand. It is very easy for my 7 and 6 year old grands to use. They are extremely happy with it.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: can not tell when it is turned on

No on off indicator light.
WiFi feature would not work properly...taking back to store...very disappointed and frustrated with this unit.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Disc spins loudly when watching content from USB device

Have the player for 2 days, so far ok. However if I leave a disc in the drive and I watch content from my USB drive the disk spins and spins very loudly. But when I watch content from a disk, DVD or Blu Ray its perfectly ok. To remedy this I take out the disk when I want to watch content from USB, but I shouldnt have to do that. Is this normal? Im thinking of exchanging it. Perhaps its defective.

Cons: disk spins loudly

Adding APPS

The blueray is nice, works weel but SAMSUNG need to put a feature on this device to make adding new APPs easier
