#2 Just Died In 4 Days!!!

I am on number 2 of this device since the 9th of Jan. Best Buy keeps letting me return them. However, its getting very irritating. Both worked for a few days and then bam, in the middle of watching Netflix it dies, will not power off or on. And the fact there is no light whatsoever to tell if its on or off is very frustrating. We have bought new power strips to plug into. The only thing on the power is the tv, blue ray player, and an xbox.. I am sick of it, we will be taking this one back and just getting a total refund and going with something else.. Too much of a headache...
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, keeps dieing, no power on/off light
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this blu ray to stream my apps and play movies. It took me two hours to set it up because the software has to be updated to connect to wifi but won't update unless connected to the internet. This caused a lot of time and frustration that shouldn't be needed. A lot of other devices will run on wifi and then update but of course samsung can't. I got this device because it was well priced I wasn't aware the headache involved. Never again will I purchase a Samsung product.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Having a hard time adding apps. I have registered it and still the opera store isn't working
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Lightweight

This Blu Ray player (one year old) stopped streaming after a recent software update. Sadly, I can't easily find an answer for fixing the problem.
The disc player still works. When trying to stream Netflix or Amazon Prime I get nothing....
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Cheap Build Quality...

This is my second Samsung Blu-ray player....the first one which is a few years old seemed better as far as the finish of the product, it was wider, heavier and had a touch screen display. This one is faster with better loading times and a much better experience with apps such as netflix, my only complaint is it looks like a $20 machine, not even a power indicator light, when I go to turn it on it's so light it pushes the machine back. Bring back the standard size player, this one is just too lightweight.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, fast wi-fi, easy setup, fast loading
Cons: Poor quality, feels cheap, too lightweight., no display or power indicator light
