Worked great for a while

Bought this player mostly to watch hulu on my bedroom TV. Tried last week and suddenly the player no longer supports hulu and always has issues connecting to my Netflix account that I had to get to watch anything online through the player..... kinda of frustrating.... probably will be replacing it with another brand. Also it looks like it should be able to add new "software" but actually isnt able to add new programs for online viewing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This has been the absolute worst Blu-ray player I have owned! It freezes up constantly, the remote never wants to work, and it has brand new batteries. It has been taken care of very well! Before Hulu was removed from the device, it would play a show or movie for 30 seconds and kick you completely off of the app. It has been like this since it was bought, new, out of the box! I would NOT recommend this to anyone. WORST Blu-ray player EVER!!
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

A good deal for the price. A lot of apps to access different media. Good design and ability to use wirelessly with other devices.

No power LED

Bought this player to replace old DVD player. Player worked OK but looks cheap and has no power indicator. How can Samsung make there costly blu Ray play look so cheap compared to their Inexpensive up-convert DVD player? Could not tolerate not having a power indicator so returned player. No power indicator was an extremely poor design choice by Samsung. It probably saved them a few cents per player but cost them much more in lost sales and returns. I expect better from Samsung.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had this a little over a year and now player reboots on it's own while watching movies and streaming. Dont waste your money. I have another brand with no issues and had it longer.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight

This is a nice Blu Ray Player with a built-in wi-fi. The only downside is that it does'nt have an on-off light on the front. The USB port on the front has a cover thats a +....
