Amazing Projector

We replaced an older Epson with the new 7210 model. As I said in the title, this is an amazing projector. The image is crisp and clear, it connects to just about anything, it's rugged and attractive looking and very easy to operate. Just connect is to your device and it will find it for you? We use it for film festivals and large gatherings. Everyone raves about the image quality and picture clarity.

Power problem

Right out of the box there was a problem: the unit had trouble powering up. I got it working but was concerned about it so I gently wiggled the power cord while it was in the back socket. It would turn off and back on with a popping sound, as if it were arcing. I took it back and got an Epson 1671W, which has given me no trouble. Just wanted to warn people of a possible manufacturing or design defect
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used this projector for a small club. The presentations were videos and slide shows. It worked without a hitch and the images were fantastic.

Our church has been very happy with our Epson projector. We have used it for Trivia Nights, and Movie nights. We have been unable to reverse the view to show the movie from behind the screen.

This projector offers an excellent value for general business and personal use. It is very convenient and easy to use for someone without previous experience. I have not had it long or used it much, so my assessment of its quality beyond what is apparent is based on previous experience with Epson. An important part of the evaluation of a product is the support by the manufacturer. Again, based on past experience with Epson, I have found Epson support far superior to most.
