Yesterday we purchased an LG BP350 SMART BLU-RAY PLAYER. Yesterday the DVD player opened HULU and played a few episodes of a show no problem, Today the DVD player wont even open the application of HULU and when I open the netflix app. it actually opens the netflix app and lets you choose a show, but once you click on the show it freezes and will not let you do anything after that. I have had to unplug the DVD player just so the freeze screen goes away.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unfortunately, the streaming services could not be launched successfully nor the error corrected. After working with LG customer service, it was determined the unit was faulty. However, I give high marks to LG customer service. They were very helpful. .

Downloads are always slow and interrupt viewing constantly, along with closed-captioning not working correctly. Extremely frustrating when just trying to relax. Will probably return this item within the sixty days.

Terrible Product

Drops internet constantly which makes streaming useless. Then it freezes and the remote becomes useless too. Worst blue ray player I've ever purchased. Going to try to take it back to Wal-mart but I'm sure they won't take it

Read before buying

Whatever internal WiFi connection LG uses in this product is literal garbage. I get speeds upwards of 1GBs and a little less for WiFi. The media player is about 14 feet away from the router and it still freezes, won’t connect, and/or has the worst quality picture I’ve ever seen. However, my gaming console is around 25 feet away and has two walls between it and the router and can still stream perfectly fine without freezing or having poor picture quality. Don’t buy this LG product it is absolutely a waste of money.
