What's great about it: Programmable, convienient, easy to use and clean.
What's not so great: Haven't come across anything yet.
Spent alot of time looking for a new convection toaster oven online. Compared the functions, quality, pricing, sizes and safety and couldn't be happier with this decision. Found this model available at Best Buy and had it delivered to my home. Once unpacked- felt a bit intimidated. Since college I'd been using the older type toaster ovens with dials...and now, being middle aged and electronically challenged.... I unpacked, prepared and served the first meal within in one hour. If I can figure it out, anyone can. Have used it daily...from toast to roasts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: It is good to use when you don't need a big oven.
What's not so great: It took a bit to learn how to use. The preset settings are not exactly as you need them.
I wanted to buy a larger counter top oven. Previously owned a toaster oven. I would definitely purchase again.

What's not so great: It lacks a digital display!
Overall I am happy with the product. I wish it had a digital display. Apart from that I think it a great product!

What's not so great: Controls and cheap construction
Sure, it looks great and matches my major appliances, but what about those controls? They feel like garbage and they feel cheap. And the unit just feels cheaply made with very thin steel.
Plus, it takes 7 minutes to toast a bagel while my actual toaster does the same in 2 minutes.

Wow, am I going to save electricity by not using my big oven for little things!! Wish I had gotten one along time ago!

What's great about it: Convenient, looks great!!
Purchased this with the intent to cut down on heating up the whole oven for convenience items. In the end we find ourselves using this as much as possible due to reduced cook time and "crispier" foods due to the convection feature on this. Great Purchase!!!

Bought this for a gift. My dad has used it several times and loves it. Looks great and is simple and easy to use. My wife and I plan on getting one for ourselves.

This is the first time that I have written a review from my account.
I have had other toaster ovens in the past, but I must say that this is the best one that I have ever owned! My family agrees!
I have had this product for three weeks and it made my Thanksgiving a hit!
I have used this oven for most of my baking and cooking instead of my conventional oven. It cooks perfectly and with less time!
I would highly recommend this product and have raved about this product to my friends. It is more like a real oven than a toaster style oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!
