Bought this for our little office of 3 - it has been wonderful for almost 2 years, and then today the dreaded E02 code. And why isn't this even in the Use and Care book? Have no idea what it means or if it is fixable, but can guarantee you I will buy a different brand when replacing it. I also have one at home (I loved it so much) - hope it lasts longer.

Broke in less than 3 months :-(

I liked the size and functionality of this toaster oven, and the price compared favorably to another brand I was considering. Unfortunately, the upper heating elements sparked and fizzled and died. I bought the unit right before Thanksgiving and it barely made it past the New Year. Hopefully Frigidaire will make things right.

Loved the oven, but after about 20 months, we have error message 02 appearing. Who even knows what that means? There was no information about error codes. Quite upsetting.

Broke less than 90 days

Easy to use, but died less than 90days, the glass tube blew. BTW your add a photo link is not working, only the video is. Would like to show how it blew.

Does not work

does not come on used it about six times and now nothing. Do not buy this oven it sucks trouble shooting tells you to plug into another outlet. I have electricity to the outlet just does not work. No other suggestions as to what the problem is.

No good product

I have been using during one year and two months and stop working. I bought this product thinking about getting a good price value, but really after seeing the reviews recommend not to buy this product. We don't use to cook, only to warm and maybe a couple times bake pizza 15 minutes. Because I don't have the warranty; I try to repair by my self , after open I found the electronic card was burned. See the picture.

Got Error Code 02 after 3 months

After getting an Error Code 02 which would not reset, we returned it to the store for a different brand. The manual under Troubleshooting had no error codes.
