I love this thing

I have had this for four years....I decided to stop using a microwave and opted for this and do not regret my decision.

Terrible Product... didnt last 2 months.

Terrible toaster oven. Lasted 2 months and then the bottom elements burnt out. Also the button that sets the darkness of the toast also stopped working. Garbage product. Last Frigidaire product I buy.

stopped working

I purchased this toaster oven and I loved using it until it stopped working about four months after i purchased it. The toaster oven just began changing the settings on its own when it was being used and when it was not being used. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this product if you do purchase it make sure you purchase the store's insurance, I didn't purchase it thinking that it would last me at least a year.

i too had the problem of loving this countertop toaster oven but it stopped working at four months. Toasted, baked pizza and cookies beautifully and reduced the need to heat up the big oven. Even my husband was wowed by it. I'm taking it back and may get another but am unsure if I will.

Top heating elements broken after 3 months

I bought this toaster oven there about 3 months. It worked fine until time it produces a quick blast with a blue flash and smoke and the top two infrared elements no longer work! It really seems to have a quality problem with this unit and I have no confidence to get satisfaction with it, especially when the warranty is expired.

Save your money!

This oven makes a noise constantly. Sounds like a fan is running, even when oven is not in use. Called customer service and they said, Yeah the one they have does too. In my home the oven sits only around 12 feet from the nearest couch and you can hear it when the TV isn't on.

Great - When it works

We've had ours for 4 months, it worked really well for just about everything we threw at it until the lower heating element stopped working, now only the top Quartz elements work.
We'll be checking into a warranty fix, but be aware that by looking at reviews online that this unit tends to have a lot of reliability problems.
