Love Lenovo 2-in-1

Lenovo is the only brand in laptops I've used in the past 11 years. The Yoga 2-in-1 is very lightweight which is great for travel. I love the performance and enjoy using it as a tablet. The tent mode is nice for watching my favorite movies. Would recommend this purchase to everyone. Great price, too.

35 days after purchase I fell victim to what I had come to learn was a common flaw in the unit. Motherboard COMPLETELY crashed. No power, nada, zilch. As I purchased the extra protection, I sent in the unit and it was returned fixed in very efficient and short order. No problems since.
Too bad i had to buy the extra to get it fixed. 5 days past the 30 and I would have been toast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After using the laptop for several months, it works in excellent condition, very fast, and one of the best things is the long lasting battery which allows me to use the laptop without charging for hours... even when watching videos. Portable and flexible, ideal for students.
It was a little confusing getting used to windows 8.1 at first, but as there is a feature for using the desktop it is not too difficult to navigate.
One thing to keep in mind is because it is so small (what I was looking for) it does not have DVD/CD player and cords such as HDMI cable need to be micro.
Overall, a very nice laptop.

I have been happy with the computer overall. The features are good and it has a decent processor speed. I like that it is powerful enough to use as my main computer in the office as well as portable enough to take in the field. My only complaint is that the battery died three months after I bought it and I had to send it back for repair which caused a significant inconvenience as I use it as my primary work computer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the second yoga I purchased. The first machine had Windows 8RT which did not offer access to the programs that I wanted. I then purchased the machine with Windows 8.1 which works great as a lightweight portable laptop. I do experience some slow ups and lock ups with taking care not to open too many programs at a time. The two most annoying things are that when using the keyboard the virtual keyboard pops up too often and that the on off button is on the lower right side. I cannot wear a bracelet and use the machine as I will turn it off easily. I have used laptops for a long time and prefer to a desktop, so I really like the size and weight. I do like the touch control, but do not think that all programs and internet sites are friendly.
