Yoga Love

I've had my first Yoga for just two months now. As a professional with over 20 years of PC experience I love this little computer. My previous laptops were burning hot on my lap after several hours ON while at home. This little guy is always cool and quiet. I do not miss a DVD drive or a larger screen for home use.
All my Pro versions of software work well and the display is bright and crisp. When I want a break, I just close the top and come back hours or days later. It's just cool and quick and a great investment for home use (I have the lower cost-end Yoda). I though I'd like it but really grown to love its small form-factor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I recently purchased this at lenovo and so far am very happy -- as it offers a lot for the price range. My primary need is a machine for work/productivity-- answering emails, word processing, working with spreadsheets, web site maintenance and some light graphics work -- and I want two laptops -- so I purchased the Yoga as the machine I will travel with, carry to meetings, and of course as potential fallback in the event of problems with my primary computer.
Features I like:
* Very nice screen display -- large enough to get real work done, good color & graphics for presentations or videos
* Enough power to run Windows 8.1, 64 bit
* Plenty of hard drive space
* LOVE the hinge & different viewing modes.
* Screen size: it's larger than a netbook, but small enough that it is not completely unwieldy when folded into "tablet" mode. It's also large enough to be useful for a table top presentation.

Excellent laptop

I very happy with this laptop. I really like the yoga aspects, but the touch screen could be better it does not register touches sometimes but that could lead that the screen is not clean.... Over all a great value. The rubber molding around the front of the unit is raised and kind of sharp so I feel it on my wists when I type sometimes but it is there to soften the screen closing so maybe a mor rounded shape would help. The keyboard is good but not supper strong so it flexes under use. The size is really good for traveling and overall the unit is good for light work and casual use. Thanks! I would buy again but maybe a faster processor i3 or i5 would be good I think but the lower end processor is a little slow. I don't care for the extra software but others might like it. Thanks!

Don't Buy an Ipad, Buy This

I upgraded from an iPad to a Lenovo Yoga. It's great, I have the touchscreen when I want and the laptop when I need it. I still watch videos at the gym on the treadmill thanks to the flat folding body.

A Fair Purchase

I'm quite fond of my Lenovo, it preforms well in every way I need it too. The menu that slides in from the right can be annoying at times because it will do it at random when you have your mouse there but that's my only real complaint. Otherwise it's works fast, has a good battery life and is light weight for easy travel.
