It's a great cute Notebook

I was looking for a small notebook that I could easily carry with me: it totally satisfies me!
The cons are things that you have to compromise if you want a light and small notebook: no DVD player, only 2 USB ports, sometimes it freezes and I guess it is because of heating issues... BUT you get lots of advantages: good processing capacity for its size, it has the yoga-versatile-"fordable" design, good cam, Bluetooth, very good battery life and is extremely elegant and portable.

Convenient and portable

Bought this product for my wife, and she ended up with the Lenova All-In-One instead. Typically use it in the house attached to a screen/laptop/mouse, but when I'm out of the house, the screen is big enough and the touchpad good enough for stand-alone use. Touch screen has some sensitivity problems - haven't been able to synch it completely to my touch. Unit boots up in seconds - excellent! - and shuts down quickly too. Speed is fine - haven't really challenged it.

The Yoga is super portable as it is compact and light. Some people have reported that the screen is too small but they forget that you can't have a small size and a big screen at the same time. You can offset the screen size by increasing the font size. The touch screen allows you to do that and a lot more. Ask me about Windows 8 and you may get a different story.

I work in the school system, pastor a church and am a college student. My Lenova is used constantly for every aspect of my life. This is without a doubt the best computer of any kind that I have ever owned.

I love my Yoga. It was exactly what I needed: I wanted an device that could both handle light work that needed a keyboard but also could be used as a tablet. I don't really need a powerhouse computer because I'm not writing papers or churning out Excel reports from my personal computer. I simply just needed a good personal computer that I could surf the web, play some games, and didn't break the bank.
I do wish that the conversion between Laptop and Tablet mode was much smoother. There are times when I've been trying to use the Yoga as a laptop and the keyboard is still off or won't convert (vice versa).
Aside from this, once the Yoga gets "up and running," it runs like a charm and it is awesome to type an email and then flip it upside down to watch some Netflix.
All in all, I am completely satisfied with the purchase!
Of course (not Lenovo's fault), I wish there were more dang apps to use as a tablet! Please use whatever special interest group you all have and get on that.

I love the size and the fact that this computer has a touch screen option and can be used as a tablet. The laptop itself is awesome, but Windows 8 is a pain.

Best 11 convertible

I really love the yoga 2 11. The computer is fast and virtually silent. The screen is IPS and has great colors and viewing angles. The only complaint I have is that there is no SSD option and you are stuck with a spinning hard drive. I would like an option to get at least a 128 SSD instead of having to swap it myself (which is pretty easy anyway).

better than expected

Needed a computer to replace an a Dell XP laptop. So because XP went away, I was forced into buying one. Didn't want to, but am happy that I did.
I use it for work and it performs fine for all of my business uses. It's very light and portable. It works well as a large tablet and it's so efficient to be able to have one machine for both uses.
I use the wifi 100% of the time and it works flawlessly.
Best deal out there and I'd buy it again.
