Washer Dryer combo

This washer dryer combo is fantastic stacked for condo or other restricted space applications. It is a fantastic option to replace stack washer dryers that were available before water use restrictions were legislated. Two thumbs up for this combo!!!!

We finally replaced our Kenmore washer after 25 years of service! After checking Consumer Reports, we decided to go with this model. What a difference! No more hearing the off-balance buzzer go off! It balances itself. The first wash cycle, I just sat in front of it completely amazed and watched the whole cycle! The clothes are cleaner than the old agitator, too. Sure am glad we went with LG!

Washer good - Manual incomplete

The washer is a technological marvel with choices and settings to handle anything I've put in it. Unfortunately, the manual doesn't cover all of the choices, their interactions (to set A, first press B, then C), and in some cases is wrong. It is almost as if the manual has not kept up with product development. Still, if you stick with the default settings, you can't go wrong.

How Little Water Can You Use

Interestingly, once I purchased this washer and ran the first two loads I wasn't too confident about the ability to clean/wash clothes with the little amount of water. There is no setting or dial to "add more water" to any wash cycle so, I just crossed my fingers and let it do it's thing.
All is well however, now that I have about 20 loads done, I'm a little unsure about the bleach washing process. There is no "bleach" or "soak" cycle so the only way to figure bleaching whites is to press the "pause" button.
I would like to see more sturdy feet on the washer even though I have it level and all 4 feet firmly planted on the floor, the body of the washer seems to rock a bit too much with odd loads.
Love this machine so far. Getting used to it is required if you have been used to top loaders with the agitators.

Cleaner clothes

I love my washer because it is efficient, easy to use, uses less detergent, and gets everything cleaner than any washer I've ever used. It also knows how much water to use based on the load, so you can't waste water. Love it!

This LG is great. Much more quiet than my previous front load...and bigger. Was able to wash a couple of comforts (1 at a time) that did not fit in my old washer. I like that it tells you how long the load will take after it weighs the load....and adjust the time if you make changes. Still some features that i havent used yet, like fresh care. Kind of wish I had gotten next model up with steam since I have a son with allergies/asthma, but the clothes have definitely come out clean. Was a little worried after reading some reviews that said the clothes only got sprayed or spritzed with water and did not get all the way wet...they do get plenty wet even without the extra water feature selected. DO NOT OVER FILL THE DISPENSERS ON ANY WASHER... ESPECIALLY THE BLEACH ONE, THAT SENDS IT DIRECTLY INTO THE TUB WHEN IT SHOULD NOT BE THERE YET!!!!
