I have found this washer to be easy to use. It has several options for the different wash cycles. I like the fact that I can wash my comforters with ease. Since it is HE, it uses less water during the wash cycle. I also like that I have a separate cycle to clean the tub monthly. I would recommend this washer to family and friends.

Haven't had the machine long, but as long as it doesn't break and keeps washing the clothes I'll be thrilled. Bought because of great reviews on consumer sites and good price. It's high efficiency, stainless tub, direct drive motor and all the necessary wash features one needs. Looking forward to many years of dependable service.

All we needed in a washer and more!

When our stacked washer/dryer bit the dust, my wife and I started shopping around for a stackable washer and dryer combo. We found this washer and dryer set and couldn't be more happy. Honestly, they're the best thing about out condo now! The washer and matching dryer are beautiful, quiet, have a ton of features (I love the wrinkle care feature on the dryer), and energy efficient to boot! I really can't say enough: we love this combo.

But I do feel I need to use the "plus water" feature. Without it, my clothes just weren't getting clean enough.

When I first used this washer my children thought that it was not working because there so little water in the drum. We waited for the cycle to finish and the clothes were clean as ever.

The LG label seems to be very highly rated for reliability, price and features. The washer, and corresponding dryer, were very highly recommnded by the department head at the store where I bought the product. So far I like the product very much. There is a little confusion as to me having the "steam feature" on my washer, even after reviewing the manual. So far, so good.

First front-loader I've ever had, and am very pleased overall. Has most all of the necessary features for just about any wash, and operation is simple and foolproof.
Wash results are uniformly excellent, while water and chemical consumption are refreshingly minimal. Good job on these most important considerations.
