Have owned this washer 2 months. It is my second front loader and I am happy with everything thus far. I especially love the extra wide opening, making it much easier to see inside to make sure you have all the clothes out. Another nice feature is the timer so that you know how much time is left on the wash cycle.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

We have had our machine about a week now and I could not be happier with the purchase. The only thing I would change would be the soap/bleach/fabric softener dispenser. I would love to have had that dispenser on top of the machine instead of the side of the machine. Just a thought - washer is wonderful and I love how nice the clothes come out.

Love it, love it and love it. Even for my mom who doesn't know english can handle this. Save a lot of on energy and water.

This washer is very quite during the spin cycle. It gets the clothes so dry that it take half the time in the dryer. Very easy to use

This is the first front loading washer that I've ever used. At first glance it seems like it would be hard to use but nothing could be further from the truth.We built a pedistal for it so i like its accessibility.I like how i don't have to worry if someone else has used it for a small load and i forgot to change it for my large load it just sets itself.I like all the different settings you can use from towels to sanitizing certain items.It spins the clothes almost dry and has a much larger capacity then I have had in the past.I love the drawer that you put your detergent, bleach and fabric softener in so I don't forget the fabric softener.I like the emails you send me about features that I may not know about.I like the little song it sings when its done and I haven't used it yet but I am intrigued by the smart diagnoses feature.All in all I like it.The only negative is that it does make a little noise when it spins but it is minimal.
