Excellent washer

We bought this washer to replace our 15 years old unit and couldn't be happier. It is quiet, and washes the cloth clean. Since it is new, I did not have a chance to compare by electricity and water bills yet but just by observing it, I think we will save a lot on those two bills. Highly recommended.

I did extensive research and finally decided to go with the LG. Most cycles take longer, but I definitely feel my clothes are cleaner!

My socks are finally getting clean

We have been waiting to get a new washer and dryer for quite some time now. When we were finally ready to make the purchase, we did what we always do and researched washers and dryers through Consumer Reports.
This washer was one of their recommended best buys. The features we were most interested in when looking at the ratings were how well the washer cleans and how delicate the washer is to fabric. This washer scored an "excellent" rating in both areas.
The washer has lived up to the rating. Socks that I have been washing for years are noticeably whiter than they were before. I would pre-treat and scrub the socks before but our old washer just couldn't get rid of the dingy white look. After one washing and no pre-treating or scrubbing, the white was no longer "dingy white." So happy!

Always loved a front washer!

When I needed to wash quilts or coverlets, I would have to make a trip to the laundry mat as a top load washer with an agitator does not wash them properly. LG uses less water and is very quiet when washing or spinning the clothes. The clothes wash cleaner, spin drier and is also gentler on the clothes. The pedestals are wonderful as they put the doors at the height of the users.
