This is my first front load washing machine. I was a little skeptical at first because I had heard some negative things about front loads. But I love it. It's quiet, the clothes aren't dripping wet, they are clean and I love the little tune it plays at the end to let you know the load is done.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings

First front load and first high efficiency machine we have owned. This machine does a good job and is easy to use once you get used to it, it takes a couple times to familiarize yourself with it.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Gets my clothes cleaner than my old washer.

This holds more clothes than my old wash and definitely gets them cleaner. Plus I don't have to listen to the washer pound around during the spin cycle.

I got this machine with the recommendation of consumers report magazine and my son and his wife. they have both washer and dryer and with their praises of both machines I also got them and I don't regret the decision at all. It also is very economical and uses very little water to wash and the dryer is great too.

Washing machines have changed so much over the years. It took a while to get used to the length of the wash cycle, but I'm amazed at how water efficient and gentle this is. And the spin cycle is amazing. I love my new washer!

I have always had front load washers, but this is my first LG washer. Love it. Machine is so quiet & the clothes come out so much dryer then when my old machine's cycle was finished. The spinning cycle is so quiet you barely hear it! Gets our clothes so clean it is amazing! Love that it uses so little water. People who have never owned a front loading washer just don't realize what they are missing! I would highly recommend this washer. Added bonus, our cats love to sit and watch the machine run, keeps them entertained the whole cycle.
