Cleans better than any washer I've ever had

Washes clothes very thoroughly and is definitely
the quietest washer I've owned. The only way I know it's done is the little tune it plays at the end.

very happy with choice

My washer gave out after 16 years & I needed a new one. I was hearing about how bad front load washers were from several people that had ones for several years. After a month of research & looking & researching more going back and forth between the old style washer & front loader I finally decided that I would have to get a front load. So more research & looking. After comparing I made my choice, but still not sure I would like a front loader.
I decided on the LG & after 3 months I am totally happy with it. When I went to purchase it the sales lady was a big help & gave me several pointers.
The first thing was the amount of soap to use because our city has hard water & we have a water softener she said to use less than recommended & to read how to use it for different loads.
My husband has a commercial vehicle body shop & his jeans get very soiled with more than just dirt. This machine does wonderful job getting his stuff clean. Yes I do have to use spot cleaner a lot (I use oxy clean) but his jeans come out clean.
My second concern was people said the smell & mildew. Again when I followed the manual on cleaning & leave the door I have not had a problem.
I have used the steam to clean our dog beds (three spoiled hunting dogs) they have come out smelling a lot better.
The only problem I have had is that jeans legs & the sleeves on long sleeve shirts get tangled & I need to shake them out before putting them in the dryer.
Over all I am very happy this my choice & will recommend it to anyone who asks.

we already had a ft loader but it was having some issues so we desided to buy a new one. And so glad we did. Not only are we saving time, we are saving money on the water and electric. This will pay for itself with 15 months, just on what it saves on the bills.

Very good wash quality

This machine is just to my expectation. I was hesitating to buy front loader but after explaination from dealer got it. It is a great machine, esp when it comes to the quality of wash, it may take little longer than regular top load washers but quality of wash is perfect. Also it is very easy to use, never needed any manual to work with. Smooth and quiet. We had a shower curtan which we were about to throw, just tried to wash in this machine and it is like new.

After putting up with my former washer I decided to switch brands. I did some comparisons and the LG products were my choice. I am impressed with the product over-all but I love the way it measures my load and adjusts the wash time. The features are easy to use and the choices are endless. This machine is well built, quiet and nice looking as well; all the way down to the end cycle melody. So long annoying buzzers. I love this machine.

This is one fantastic machine. I love all the features and it does an outstanding job. Uses much less water and does a better job than my old Whirlpool top loader. Easy to access clothes. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS MACHINE!!

This is the first front loader I've ever had. I like the speed wash cycle, when I've got a small load that isn't very soiled.
