This washer cleans well!

Very happy with my new washing machine. It is quiet, but most importantly it cleans well. It gives me all the options that I need.

We have had a front loading washer for 20 years, this is by far the best! They looked at all the problems from the past and seemed to correct them with this model. I love having a front loading washer and it is easy for all of my family to operate, from my 11 year old to me. Only complaint is they wish they could select a different "I'm Done" song ;)!

This is the second front loader we have owned. The first one (not an LG product) finally died after 11 years of service.
I own several LG products so when the time came to replace the washer, I looked at LG.
My wife used this washer today to do two loads of laundry. Her first reaction was WOW! Very quiet, no vibration and lots of options - but it seemed a little slow - wash cycles seemed a little long. Then we realized what was happening - this machine uses a different procedure with several mini wash cycles that alternate the load back and forth with a SOAK period in between. We also realized that it used very little water and when the load was done (using the NORMAL spin cycle) the clothes were very dry which shortened the drying time.
At this point, we are very impressed and very pleased with the performance of this washer.

Good washer for the price

Had this washer for only two months and so far everything is good. Controls are very easy to use and clothes are coming out clean. Very quiet during operation.

Love that this washer gets my clothes clean while not "beating them up." Unit is very quiet. The Cold Wash feature is my favorite, saving a lot of hot water. Still exploring the other modes. The I'm Done song is mildly annoying, though.

My washer and dryer work extremely well. Letting the excess collected water drain from the washer is a little different but its not a big problem for me. I don't have any problems with the washer smelling bad since I leave the door fully open when I'm not using it.
Pros: easy to use

Great Washer, Many Features

This washer is quiet, well made and does a great job washing clothes. It has more features than we can use even. I particularly like that it spins the clothes very dry, so drying time is reduced (even on normal spin speed). The stack-able nature of the washer and dryer gives us the opportunity to re-organize our laundry room, which we've already discussed.
