Love the features

Finally, I don't dread doing laundry...I have peace and quiet! My dog used to bark at my last old washer. This washer is so quiet he doesn't know that I'm using it! Love it! Have it stacked with the LG dryer. It's efficient, has many features, saves energy and it's beautiful. I love doing laundry, now!

Absolutely love this washer. After a bad experience with another brand that I returned, I got this one. I'm a happy camper and back to doing laundry. It is super quiet. Offers numerous options for washing cycles and the clothes come out very clean and it spins the water off tightly, which means less time in the dryer. The smart technology on it is outstanding. You won't regret this purchase!

Happy with our choice of front loader & LG Brand

We wanted to buy a top loader because we thought they were the better choice, but after the salesman showed us how it worked, we were impressed and changed our minds. He told us why the LG was a good choice, and we felt the price was great. We have enjoyed using it, and plan on saving money with the amount of water and detergent that we use compared to before. We like the wide variety of the load, spin, & extra cycle choices also.
The salesman was a big factor in our choice because of his knowledge of your product.

Constantly out of balance

Was great for the first few loads, but now is always getting out of balance. Laundry takes much longer as always have to rearrange load. NOT for large loads!

Did I not know what I was missing

I have owned a top loader for 33 years, wow did i not know what I was missing. I must say I am grateful the old washer passed away. I have yet not to be amazed, towel, blankets, work clothes everything comes out much cleaner than old washer with less detergent and less water, even in special cold wash cycle and dry time has been cut in half in the old dyer that I still have. I did a lot of online research before we purchased this washer many brands out there, It paid off I am well pleased with what I now have. NO regrets here
