Great little air conditioner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a small front porch that is always on the sun. It works great to cool it so we can sit out there and enjoy the view. The remote is awesome! I don't even have to get out of my rocker to change the temperature or the fan speed. Great product!

I bought two of these units for my apartment and they have made my life so much more enjoyable. I live in Los Angeles where August and September temperatures are killer. Sleep is almost impossible during this time. This little unit helps me to sleep like a baby. Yes it is a little loud. I have to really turn up the TV to hear over it. But I enjoy the white noise while I'm sleeping and despite it's small size, my units have been efficient in cooling my living room and bedroom of moderate size. I only wish they made more casement style AC units at a more affordable price as the installment of these in my side-to-side sliding windows looks a little clunky and required pricy plexiglass.

I bought this 3 months ago and it cooled my living room during the summer but barely. This unit is for a small bedroom rather than a large space, like my living room.

Packs a Big punch as a cooler for such a small unit. Cool, cool, cool...
This air conditioner is being used to cool the whole upper floor of my niece's townhome after her central a/c unit failed to work the start of this spring/summer season. With this unit and a fan to push the cold air to the other two bedrooms it seems to be doing just great providing cool comfort that Frigidaire has been known for, I love the remote control that comes with it too.

Works well just not strong

I purchased 2 one for my daughters room and mine and it takes longer to cool even for a small room. Works well just takes longer to cool the rooms.
