Oled at its best. Not missing HDR though...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago and for past 3 years have been eyeing the OLED technology. My last big soend TV purchase was back for a top of the line LED at that time. Since plasma died couple of years ago, was waiting for the void to be filled by OLED. And boy, does it fill in! Yes, emphatic yes. Been on a movie watching spree since! Everything is awesome about this TV, Picture Quality, Sound, though I use it for HT environment, webOs2.0, smart TV apps, speed, black levels and viewing angles. I personally like curved design. This model does not support HDR over HDMI, but I knew this before buying. Not a big issue for me. theres no other technology that comes this close for PQ. Next year may buy the HDR enabled one and move this to family room.

Amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I purchased this back in July and we are still amazed every time we turn it on. Watching the Olympics through just the coax on the back was remarkable on its own, but having one of the new Xbox One S consoles hooked up helps get the most out of the tv. With the correct settings, HDR capabilities are there, however just not top of the line like the new models. Regardless, I am pretty excited to see the new HDR capable games that come out and so far the 4K Blu Rays have amazing picture quality on this model!

It makes a home Theater room look and feel like an actual movie theaters. We love our TV. Life Is Good.

OLD is so fantastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this TV about a month ago, the picture quality is beyond what my high expectations were. I still have my plasma TV, (now in the basement as a second TV) and never thought I would be happier than with that TV. But it is 50" and I went to a 65" LG OLED with an even better picture! The picture quality out of the box was very good, a little fine tuning made it even better. There are a great many user controls to tweak the picture. The smart TV features are well done and the apps like Netflix load quickly and work well. The sound is OK for a TV but a sound system makes the sound from movies and TV shows equal to the great picture. I am very happy with this purchase, even though the brand new model has more features. I have been very happy that I got this TV
