Excellent TV, great customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] +So far I am very pleased with this set.I do not have enough hours on it yet to do any kind of calibration.But out of the box the 4K is stunning.Some tinkering will be needed to rid it of the soap opera effect when playing Blurays.But it shouldn't be too hard.

The picture is amazing, the sound is great, and we are still having fun finding out new things about the features the set has. My only complaint so far is that I wish they had another music app besides Pandora, maybe even their own app, like Samsung! Overall, though, great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best picture of any tv on the market! Inky blacks which makes for great contrast. Haven't had as much time on the tv as I would like, but so far I am amazed at the picture quality. Even my wife noticed the difference between our last tv and this one. Can't wait to start watching UHD movies! I received the "UB" version which I was excited about as the UB versions of this tv supports HDR through HDMI and not just streaming like the UA model. Best tv if you are in the market to buy one and are willing to give up a little more money than what you would pay for others. OLED is the way to go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 65EG9600 in December and was impressed greatly by picture quality. However, the sole issue I have is that a 'judder' issue exists wherein when the film camera pans from side to side for a length of time, say, for action sequences or panoramic landscape scenes, any moving images caught in the
same frame seem to 'jump'. Tried rectifying the issue with the 'tru-motion' user interface for anti-judder, but after multiple settings, the issue persists. I don't know what this is caused by, would like some feedback.
