This TV is exceptional in every way. It has every desired feature, e.g. 4K, 3D, upscaling, 240Hz, Smart TV, ability to easily adjust and switch between components, great remote control, really good built in sound system, easy to set up, and on and on and on. Best purchase I ever made. Terrific value.

Everything I Need in a Modern Television

I love the features and image that this TV provides. The remote is quite easy to use, the passive 3D is exceptional, and the 4K picture quality is superb. I also enjoy the speed and accuracy of the remote, which also features a voice command. Very happy with my purchase.

We have only had it for a few months so we are still learning all the features. The picture is very good. We have not tried the 3D portion yet so can not comment on that. The remote is OK but could use a nice clean modern design to go along with the TV. The manual is minimal, could have more info (tips and tricks).

This TV blows me away. I was initially hesitant about LG but decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I went with this television. Gorgeous display, excellent smart apps, and uniquely functional remote control. I really couldn't ask for more. Hopefully it will last for many years.

I bought this product in August 2015 and I am so glad I did. The picture quality is excellent and I love the internet capability. Menus are easy to navigate and sound quality is great.

BAD PORTS

we have had this TV for less then 4 years and all of a sudden the HDMI ports have all went out which makes the TV useless. With the amount of money we spent we expected a longer life cycle. We will never purchase another LG TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful TV

Tried the Samsung curved 65 4k and wasnt impressed with the viewing angles so I gave this LG a try and was very happy thus far. Amazing picture on blurays using the bp735 LG player and love the webOS system. Only problem I encountered is it occasionally loses pairing with my LG Wireless soundbar that is literally 2 feet away. Not a huge issue as i use a marantz/Polk system for my movie watching anyway. Nice job on the TV LG.

Bright screen and full of features

While looking for a new TV I wanted a smart TV with just 1080p but noticed that 4K models, besides resolution, had more features. So I decided to get this TV as a replacement for another 65 inch unit from another company that lasted less than 2 years. This will be my 3rd LED back-light LCD TV.
The screen is so much brighter than any of the TVs I had before. The IPS panel does help for off-center viewing. Also the back light is better spread than other models. I settled on the Game picture mode for the best results. I may fine adjust the settings later in the advanced menu.
The included remote has a motion sensor so it is easy to point and type in the web browser. The web browser is very complete and can handle most sites (including video) very well. It also has a microphone for simple commands.
Netflix works as expected. My internet is not as fast yet for 4K but hopefully I will upgrade soon to get 4K streaming.
DVD play is scaled up nicely with no pixelation.
