Mine keeps freezing up and I have to reboot

supposed to be a dvd and blue ray player. it is only as I understand it, it was made in China and isn't coded to play American Blue rays

Terrible WiFi connections

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the WiFi to watch Netflix and it kept freezing up. It would not respond to the remote control at all. Rebooting meant having to reload all the personal info.

Great for Blu-Ray, Netflix Not So Much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent Blu-Ray Player, but the Netflix app never works properly. The app freezes up constantly and requires an unplugging of the player to reboot. This was beyond frustrating. I returned mine, thank you.

Waste of money

Bought this for my mom's birthday, returned it within 12 hours, freezes up constantly especially on Netflix, YouTube didn't work, Amazon prime was horrible. I do not reccomend this to anyone unless you are buying it to get back at someone as a mean joke.

Awful player!

I got this player for the express purpose of streaming from all my different platforms. Connection is terrible and I have not been able to use Hulu since I got it, and today it gave me an error message saying Hulu was no longer compatible. If I can find my receipt I will be returning this. I have had it for one week today. Very disappointed. If I cannot find the receipt I will buy another brand and never buy lg products again.
