Great washer..

My first front load washer. For the first wash, I didn't understand it. How could it clean clothes with so little water and soap. Not to mention, it hardly rotated. A few spins one way. Then stops. A few spins the other way. And stops. But in the end, the clothes came out clean. Also, it cut my drying time down about 20 minutes. Even on jeans.
I love the way you can set and save your personal selections for the cycle you want.
I still haven't figured out how to check up on the wash using my smart phone yet. But I'm curious as to how that's going to work.

Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: was a little difficult to level in place (heavy)
I would recommend this to a friend!

this has been a great washer for 16 months. but when i buy a large appliance, i expect it to last at least 5 years with no problems. won't buy another samsung washer.

After spending many hours trying to correct what appeared to be a balancing issue, I read the reviews.
What I learned was that these machines (WF42H5000AW)s can double as a MACHANICAL BULL.

The tub of this front loader is running out of round, and as this is a used machine, I am not going to spend money to fix this obvious engineering design flaw.
p.s. there are no codes being thrown by this design flaw that can be discerned as a warning for that which will follow. Ironically there was a recall of Samsung top loading machines for the same issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The first one I bought was replace 3 days after it was delivered because it shot something out the back of the case. Now that the warranty is up it can't finish the spin cycle. It starts to spin and then decides to go back to rinse cycle. I've learned my lesson and will not buy another Samsung washer.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, breaks easily
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
