After 13 months, washer wont work anymore

my problem was, after owning it for 13 months, only 1 month pass my manufacture warranty the machine is broken now. i can't choose by turning the knob, it doesn't start, it literally stopped working.

Burnt my clothes

ive had this for 5 years only. the childlock button is always on. ive tried resetting the machine several times. it runs fine but now it is burning my clothes so i will need to have a technician come out. i wouldnt recommend this machine.

Have to babysit my washing machine

worked great for about 6 months. now it struggles to balance itself with every load. i had a repairman come look at it, and he showed me a clip inside was loose, so he put it back into place. however, after a load or two, it went right back to the problems. i'm not going to tear my washing machine apart every time i do a load of laundry. so, to remedy this, i never get to use "high" spin speed. i'm usually stuck on low or no spin, but i still have to check it and rearrange clothes constantly to get it to finish the load. it can take over 3 hours to do a normal load if i don't do this. hard to get anything else done when i'm constantly have to check on the washing machine. can't run it when leaving the house this way. i love your gadgets, but i am not impressed on your appliances.

Terrible maintanence

the washer works fine... the issue is the maintanence. the debris filter is impossible to remove. you'll cut up your knuckles and have to use so much force pushing in then turning left that you'll break the housing unit for the debris filter. terrible filter. for that reason alone, avoid his model. you can do internet search for samsung debris filter can't remove or something along those lines... and see how much of a pain it is.

was great while it worked, but suddenly it started to make a loud noice when spinning. broken bearing, more expensive to fix than to get a new one. sad to see a perfectly good looking machine end up in a landfield. would have been ok with there was any sort of warrantly offered on the very expensive repair.

Every 2 years something breaks

i love samsung products but dang does this machine disappoint. got the washer on 2/2018. about 2 years ago the water pump needed to be replaced. now another 2 year passes by and the machine keeps turning on and off. can't complete a wash cycle. yet alone let it run for 3 mins without it restarting. i've unplugged it, cleaned the drainage areas but still have this problem. research suggest a bad pcb board which is a pretty expensive part.
