Tub bearing out in 3 1/2 years

Bought this washer in April of 2020, it is September 2023 and the tub bearing has gone out and I now need a replacement washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Washer is fine except it should last more than 6 years. The control panel is stuck on one setting and cost of repair is crazy!

The worse machine I have ever purchased

I have always purchased Samsung electronic products and found them to be outstanding.In my opinion that's where their product line should end.I purchased a washer and dryer from them in Oct.and although the dryer is great,the washer is terrible.I've had a technician here 3 times and they cannot correct the problem with my soap dispenser filling with water.I have to empty the dispenser after each wash.It is also the loudest banging machine I have ever owned.Very disappointed
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After our topload being recalled I was leary about buying another samsung, but we loved the first one so. This machine is incredibly quiet. It seems to use very little water and still gets everything clean even with 3 kids under 8.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive

I have done several loads of laundry for the 3 weeks i have had this washer.
This washer leaves my clothes clean and smelling fresh!
The spin cycles work so well, that i don't really have to use my dryer for long.
I highly recommend this washer.
