Front loading washers are great - besides standing water

We have the predecessor to this model and we are very satisfied. The only issue with front loading washers is that water will pool in the latch and will start to smell bad. With regular cleaning this isn't an issue but it's an extra step we didn't expect. Clothes come out very clean and quickly, though. Overall I'd rate these machines a 4/5 with the only problem being that mildewy smell when I don't clean it as often as I should (once a week).
Pros: Inexpensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm happy with my washer. Getting used to the different features. Leaves clothes cleaner than my old washer. Amazed at how little water it uses.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, efficiency
Cons: needs more water

The size fits our laundry room very well and looks good. We are pleased that it uses less detergent than our previous washer. And we are especially pleased that it used less water as we have a well and are always looking for ways to save water. We are also pleased that there is a book with instructions on using the machine, Trying to work on a washer and look at directions on a computer is awful. Thank you for the book.

The great features makes this product even better. Our clothes are coming so clean. It's a dream. The light in the dryer is awesome, kind of wish the washer had a light inside also. But totally happy.

4E ERROR

We moved into a home with this washer staying behind so we thought great one less thing to go out and buy well that feeling lasted all of one weekend when trying to wash clothes for 6 people and all we keep seeing is "4E" it happens during the wash cycle and during the rinse and spin cycle and none of the problems i have read about apply when it comes to kinks in the line or anything but we are at our wits in with getting one normal wash to go from start to finish with seeing 4E pop up and have to start over - HELP PLEASE!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
