Great size for our house

I do laundry once a week and this machine is the perfect fit for this household. I really appreciate that it uses much less water and gets my clothes very clean.. That is all I need. The price was reasonable and the set up was easy...

Simple Controls

WF5000 is appears to be a well built introductory front load washing machine with easy to use controls. Have had it a short period of time, therefore will withhold other ratings at this time. One feature I wish it had, is the ability to change the spin cycle speed without great disruption to the rest of the current settings and time remaining to complete a load of laundry. Otherwise I am pleased with the machine at the time of this writing. The instruction manual needs to convey a better understanding as to why washing certain items in the machine is not recommended--door mats labeled as washable, snow pants. I understood it is because these items can either jam and damage the machine and/or can melt from heat generated during the relatively high rates of spin that are part of the various spin cycles. It spins much faster than our 20 year old top load machine.
Love that the machine came with all hoses needed.

Only had this machine for a week, but it has done a great job of washing a wide range of clothing and household items(including pillows).

rocking washer

The washer seems to perform good during most of the cycle but when it spins it sometimes rocks about. I guess the load is off balance but I though the washer would compensate for this.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased an older Samsung washer several years ago. It worked well for me until the drum warped and started burning the rubber seal. From what I understand, the spin speed on the newer Samsung washers have been decreased and should stop the issue I had before. I went with another Samsung because overall, I was happy with the previous washer I purchased. I'm crossing my fingers that this one lasts as long or longer than the last one.

THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT, CLEANS GREAT, VERY QUIET. I HAVENT HAD THIS PRODUCT LONG BUT SO FAR I AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE NEEDING A GREAT WASHER FOR CHEAP.
